Our litigation practice covers the entire spectrum, however, we emphasize insurance and product liability defense, debtor-creditor litigation, business disputes, construction litigation, real estate, and probate/fiduciary litigation. We zealously represent our clients in all litigation matters; however, through litigation plans and budgets, a cost effective, result oriented approach is pursued at all times.
