Mr. Carthel represents a wide array of insurance companies and specialists, real estate interests and ventures, agriculture entities and producers, and construction contractors and subcontractors. Being born and raised in Amarillo, Mr. Carthel also enjoys a broad base of local businesses and families.

Mr. Carthel regularly practices in both State and Federal courts representing clients in disputes involving insurance, real estate, construction, agriculture concerns and estate and trust fiduciary matters. In recent years, Mr. Carthel has developed significiant expertise in the arbitration arena, both as an advocate and as an arbitrator, including matters involving federal crop insurance, real estate, and construction disputes.
