Many of our lawyers have served as directors and trustees of a variety of governmental and nonprofit organizations, ranging from local school districts to national health agencies. In addition to serving on the boards of directors of a variety of local and national non-profit organizations, Roger Cox has also lectured and authored extensively on the fiduciary duties of non-profit directors and staff.
